Industrial Maintenance Technician

The industrial maintenance technician is responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all machines and facility systems. This can include but is not limited to production machinery i.e. CNC machine maintenance schedules, and/or general maintenance to facilities. The Technician will engage in maintenances like routine, preventative, and corrective as necessary and create or keep detailed documentation on what occurred, fixes made, and parts or materials used. The Technician will also engage in various physical tasks such as lifting, pushing/pulling, climbing, and so on as task requires.

Responsibilities

• Perform the different maintenance types as required (routine, preventative, corrective).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting production machinery or facilities.
• Conduct CNC machine maintenance as required and as the need arises (Per PM schedules or Operator requests).
• Follow all internal and legal safety policies during the course of work.
• Address maintenance issues that arise with staff (i.e. Operators, Office, etc.)

Requirements

• Possess prior experience in building and CNC machine maintenance.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Have 2-4 years of prior experience.
• Possess prior experience in CNC machine maintenance.
• Have great manual dexterity, mechanical knowledge, and be detail oriented.
• Able to do frequent climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and other physical demands.
• Be able to lift and/or move an excess of 50lbs or more.
• A background check and drug screen are contingent upon hiring.
